Thursday: built fence at work for the first time. Dang do my arms hurt!
Friday: Matt, Jen and I decided we wanted to hike Horsetooth Mountain. Holy crap I was unaware of what I was getting into. To get up and down it took about two-two in a half hours. It was quite the adventure. We discussed hiking a different trail every weekend.
On Saturday Jen and I had a cookout before we went to the game. We had corn on the cob, lamb shishkabobs and snicker doodles. We ended up losing the game 34-28 against the U of Cal Bear's. We made quite the come back in the last 6 minutes. Two touch downs within 1 minute! I went home and relaxed. Luke and I headed down to Brighton later that evening.
Sunday morning we got up, he made breakfast and we headed out to load 200 bales of hay. We then drove two hours south to Elbert, CO and then unloaded the hay and stacked it in this person's barn. Drove back to Brighton and then loaded up the pickup and headed north. We stopped for dinner and made it back to the Fort around 7. I was so tired I took a shower and drank some hot chocolate and went to bed early.
This morning as I was walking to my first class a red fox was running around campus! My body is so sore from fencing, haying and climbing Horsetooth.
Hope everyone's weekend was a fun as mine! :)
