Come on now FALL, fall to pieces

I am officially going to Kansas City, MO again! I will be traveling with three of my closest friends to the AFA Leaders Conference, for those of you agriculturally challenged: that's Agricultural Futures of America. Luke, Matt, Jen and I have all be accepted to represent CSU. I was nominated for national sponsorship and have received it. My donors are from Kansas City also. Dr. Johnson, CSU College of Ag Dean, has my travel expenses covered! I am on my way! I am so excited as this was a great time last year for networking, making friends, fun and a great learning opportunity. This is also where I met Luke and got to know Jen more. Hard to believe it has already been a year!

Friday, Matt and I went out for Gelato and then went to the park and watch a baseball game. I "showed" my announcing skills and knowledge of baseball by commentating the game! Needless to say, it was pretty hilarious. I don't know crap about baseball! However, GO ROCKIES! they are up 2-0 in the series.

Happy Birthday Zack :) Congrats on getting the new truck also!

I had a travel consultation on Monday at the Health Center. They told me some things to look out for before I go to Costa Rica and when I am there. They also suggested a few things. Gotta love 'free' health care.

I met with Dr. Peel to talk about my reproduction test and ended up getting 12 points added back to my grade! Thank you god! Block and Bridle meeting was fun! We had a representative from CCA, Colorado Cattleman's Association, come in a tell us of the opportunities as college students in the organization.

I was elected to the secretary position for Ag Ambassadors (AA) for the next year. It should be a great year with AA. The leadership team is a great bunch of young adults, but then again we are the elite group in the college of Ag!

Tomorrow: Homecoming! Scholarship breakfast at 10, be there at 9:15 to help with registration for AA and then bbq/cookout at Matt's and game at 3. GO RAMS!

To everyone's surprise I don't have any test next week, however, I have three quizzes on Friday. Ram Chat for AA for prospective students on Wednesday That's it! Finally a week slightly more relaxed week. However I am sure that as it begins it will be just as crazy as ever!

Well hope all is well with everyone.
